We’re known for one thing: freshness. Our seafood is delivered daily, just two to three days out of the water—with no preservatives, no GMOs, and never frozen. Most of our selection is wild-caught, with a limited offering of Sustainably raised, fish.
All of our fish is flown in fresh, and our seasonal selection ensures peak flavor and quality. Looking for something specific? If it’s not in our case, we can usually source it with one to two days’ notice.

Our Standard
The Fish Market at Lake Zurich began as a small neighborhood fish market and eatery. In Spring 2022, we relocated alongside our sister restaurant, Vault 232, expanding our space while staying true to our mission—to set a new standard for seafood in suburban Chicagoland.
Our fish is flown in fresh and delivered daily, with most spending less than two days in our cases. Beyond the market, guests can enjoy a modern restaurant and raw bar, offering upscale dining rooted in simplicity and freshness.

Chef-Prepared, Ready-to-Bake Meals
Bake at 350°F: 30 minutes from frozen, or 15 minutes if refrigerated overnight
